Understanding Generation Z (after Millennials) for Talent Attraction

Generation Z (born between 1995 and 2010) accounts for 60 million in the US, being digital natives, they are nostalgic of a pre-digital world. 52% of them would love to have their digital footprint completely deleted, and 83% are nostalgic of the pre-digital days!  They want real exchange, virtual tours or AI pre-canned answers may not cut it.  However, you can engage many of those already because 41% of teens are doing some type of gig work today.
